Some facilities, like the room's carpet and walls, looked worn and in need of care. Still, the positive interactions with the staff and overall comfort compensated for these hiccups.

The room was clean , and had your basic amenities included. I was actually impressed by how quiet it was even though it was right by the freeway and a homeless camp.
